Getting Started with your New Email Account

Getting Started with your New Basic Email Account

Now that your email account is created, it is accessible via multiple avenues. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
  1. via the web (aka "Webmail")
  2. via most popular mobile or wireless devices (e.g. iPhone, Android, iPad, etc)
  3. via Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird (IMAP and POP connections are easy to setup with directions provided in Step 2 below)
  4. via any other desktop mail clients, such as Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.

Instructions for accessing your new email address:

First thing's first - let's make sure you can access your new mailbox via the web by going to this url:
  • Login with your email address and the temporary password that was sent to you. You can change this password in the next step.

Once you've verified that your email is accessible, let's get it connected to the email application you prefer to access it from. You can use these instructions for syncing your email account with any device, such as your phone, Thunderbird, Outlook, etc: https://help.emailsrvr.com/

We recommend using "IMAP" to connect to your new mailbox. This allows you to stay in sync across all devices (e.g. when you read a piece of mail on your phone it will show as read on Outlook as well)
